GSXR Motorcycles – How to Choose Your Destiny

January 18, 2009 · Filed Under GSXR Suzuki

Nowadays there are so many motorcycle brands out there as the technology improves. If you just grow old enough to be able to ride a motorbike and of course to afford one then you might be looking for the perfect match. Younger people who love bikes are likely to be interested in the “super sport” category. Maybe you have some thoughts and you have heard some rumours about the incredible power-delivery of what these bikes are capable of doing. It is very important to choose the right bike because all of these road-rockets are much faster than you can imagine or you will ever be able to ride them to their limits. What counts when it comes to bikes is the power to weight ratio and the handling. Do you know this quotation: “Power is nothing without control”? I assume after the adrenalin-rush is over you still want to go home in one piece. That’s when it comes to number one priority to find the bike with the best overall performance. In my opinion the GSXR motorcycles are one of the finest quality bikes ever built and with a traditional history behind them they could be our choice. The Suzuki GSXR motorcycles are now the synonym of speed and high reliability. In reality they go as fast as you want them to go and the only limit is within yourself. First I would advise you to get your head right because you can be easily tricked if you go slowly on them. They are as docile as a lamb with a sweet rumbling engine but if you open up the throttle then be prepared to unleash the sheer power that lies within. So after the first launch towards the horizon you will respect the bike and you will want to do it again. In fact I use to be emotional when choosing a bike rather than logical. I would not settle for a bike which has great performance but looks ugly. Sadly most of the bikes which look pretty are blessed with wrong aerodynamics. It is a serious issue. When you are going real fast then you could experience the bad kind of adrenalin which comes from fear instead of joy because the bike starts behaving unstable. However there are some really positive examples of the opposite like the Hayabusa motorcycle. So come with me to explore what lies behind Suzuki’s success.
