The B-King – Suzuki’s Latest Shock Which is The Most Powerful Naked King of All Curves and Straights

· Filed Under GSXR Suzuki, Suzuki Bike

In 2001 there was a huge buzz among motorbike lovers because there was a concept bike that everyone was talking about and guess who built it? Yesss! I am talking about the B King Suzuki, the conception that turned the steady and clean pond of sportbikes into a muddy one. Would you like to know why was this bike in the middle of the attention? It was there because Suzuki played a little bit with the thought of a turbocharged naked bike. The specs were the following high tech innovations like fingerprint starting, voice commanded alarm and Global Positioning System. If this all wouldn’t be enough they installed a 1340cc Hayabusa engine with turbocharger what I would call simple madness with the only purpose to tear up the tarmac and smoke everyone on the road while your EGO can grow unstoppably. Its name B king comes from the words “Boost King” just to give you a hint what monster is waiting to be waked up. This bike never meant to be built for the masses so you can imagine how big was the pressure on Suzuki’s shoulders from the speed blinded mob when they decided to build it. So everyone was happy but there were a lot of sceptics because they saw great concept bikes before but what usually came out of the factory was far away from the original concept. This time was a bit different however it is true that Suzuki left out the turbocharger from the production model but the Suzuki B king still has more than 180 hp which translates approximately 160 hp at the rear wheel and it is a naked bike so put the picture together! If you are sceptical about the power just look at the front where you will find serious radial brakes and oversized discs just to get a suggestion what power is need to be controlled. No one ever created a bike like this and I am sure you won’t go unnoticed wherever you ride on it. The design is closer to the border of “weird” than “unusual” because to front is massively dominated by its very wide tank with the drive mode selector buttons on the top of it. Actually it is so huge that even the indicators have enough space on its side. The second or maybe the first thing that you are going to notice on its back are the enormous exhausts what gives a futuristic look for the bike… to be continued…
